Frequently Asked Questions

We offer exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition that fall within our return period. Our return period is 10 business days from the original purchase. For exchanges, please mail it to the return address listed on the original shipping material. Include your original invoice or a note with your name, email, order number, and the size/color of the item you’d like in exchange. Powder & Pine will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Condition will be inspected upon item return. If the condition is found to be unsatisfactory, a refund or exchange will not be issued and the item will be sent back to buyer. For more information, please see our return policy here. 

We do our best to process all returns and exchanges quickly. However, this can take up to one week after we receive the item in our office, but during busy seasons it can take a longer.

You can check our order status by logging in to your account on our website and navigating to the orders page. To track the package, please use the link emailed to you after your order was shipped.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible.
